Rules and Regulations

  • A student should carry his/her Almanac to school everyday. It must have his/her photograph with complete information duly signed by the parents.
  • The students who come to school on their own must arrive the school before the first bell goes.
  • Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on every working day. Students who are sloppily dressed or not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter the school premises.
  • Non-Sikh boys should get their hair trimmed at regular Intervals. Sikh boys must wear patka.
  • Students are expected to respect the school property. No student shall damage any school furniture, scribble anything on walls or in any way damage or deface things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or the Principal.
  • The school is not responsible for the goods lost. It is not allowed to bring valuable articles like expensive stationery items, watches or mobiles phones/I-pods to school.
  • The students who come to school in the care of servants should never leave before the servants arrive. In case of any delay, they should report to the school office. Those who go home alone should be prompt in returning straight home.
  • Students should always talk politely and behave decently wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct.
  • They should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and using foul language are punishable offences.
  • The students are to walk in a line and maintain silence whenever they move about in the corridors. They must also ensure that they keep to the left while walking in the corridors or on the stairs.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against the students whose behavior is constantly dissatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
  • Once a child has come to school, he/she would not be allowed to go home on half day leave. In case of any emergency, the parents may pick the child from the school personally.
  • Student should not miss any teaching/game/activity period.
  • The observance of rules of discipline and good behavior is an essential condition for the student’s continuance in the school. In case a student violates the school rules or indulges in any form of indiscipline, strict action like expulsion/suspension shall be taken against him/her.
  • No request for seeking permission to allow the child to go to friends/relatives directly from school shall be entertained.
  • Strict action shall be initiated against the student who is found bunking the classes/school, creating nuisance, indiscipline, indecency, showing disrespect to teachers or classmates, indulging in quarrels/flights, inside or outside the school, bringing harmful objects to school or encouraging in doing such unwanted activities.
  • In compliance with the orders issued by the Honourable Supreme Court of India, no person below the age of eighteen years is allowed to drive two/four wheelers (Scooter, Motorcycle, Car etc.) No student is allowed to ply and park two/four wheelers inside or outside the school campus. School shall not be held responsible if any vehicle, being parked outside the campus in an unauthorized manner, is stolen.
